The PRP, or Perpetual Repurchasing Plan, is a commitment by issuers of IBEx Launchpad tokens to use a predetermined portion of their turnover to buyback them.

These token redemptions are made on an ad hoc basis, directly on the IBEX secondary market order book (SPOT) based on a turnover for the period. Daily, monthly or quarterly, depending on the commitment of the project holders.

At the end of the buybacks, all or part of the purchased tokens are destroyed (buyback & burn). As the maximum quantity of tokens issued is fixed, the destruction generates a deflation effect (scarcity) which accelerates when the turnover increases. Anything that is scarce is likely to increase in value.

Thanks to the liquidity provided by the perpetual repurchasing plan, an investor can put his assets on the market at the price he wants, in order to be redeemed on the basis of the turnover realized by the project owner. The investor controls the expected gain which then defines his investment horizon.

In summary, the more he wants to earn, the lower his priority in the redemption queue which is managed by the IBEx SPOT order book. The order book is secured by its level 2 blockchain which provides the necessary transparency guarantees.
