INBLOCKS has been registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the Financial Markets Authority since December 27, 2024. VASP registration, established by the 2019 PACTE law in France, is a regulatory requirement for any entity providing digital asset services in France. INBLOCKS has obtained its registration with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) for three key services: digital asset custody, digital asset-to-digital asset exchange, and operation of a trading platform.
